• Analysis and interpretation of bid notices and invitations to bid in Brazil and abroad;
• Project structuring: commercial proposals, consortium agreements, and contractual modeling;
• Advisory during the pre-operational phase, including negotiation of EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction), O&M (Operation and Maintenance), and PPA (Power Purchase Agreement) agreements, as well as main equipment contracts (modules, trackers, inverters);
• Full-time legal advisory in the implementation of renewable energy projects, including on-site presence (in loco), risk management, and interaction with clients, suppliers, and regulatory authorities;
• Drafting, review, and negotiation of service agreements and supply contracts for equipment and materials related to energy generation projects;
• Analysis and preparation of claims for economic and financial rebalancing of contracts;
• Representation in administrative proceedings related to claims regulation, as well as in judicial and arbitration proceedings involving renewable energy projects.
