Beatriz has multidisciplinary experience in the areas of Corporate Law and Infrastructure & Energy.

In Corporate Law, she stands out in Corporate and Contract Law, working on the drafting, review, and negotiation of various agreements and corporate acts. She structures corporate reorganizations and estate planning, in addition to participating in investment transactions, M&A operations, and the resolution of corporate disputes. She also prepares legal opinions for both domestic and international clients.

In the Infrastructure & Energy practice, she has expertise in the drafting and negotiation of EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) contracts, as well as in the contract management of solar park construction projects. She also acts in arbitrations, judicial proceedings, and claims regulations involving EPC contracts.
