Bruna practices in the areas of Corporate Law and Infrastructure & Energy, with a focus on contracts, compliance, and complex projects.

In Corporate Law, she has experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of agreements, as well as structuring compliance programs, internal policies, and risk management strategies. She advises both domestic and international clients, including within international corporate and regulatory environments.

In the Infrastructure & Energy practice, she advises on solar power plant construction projects, working with EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) contracts and contract management for construction works. She also develops compliance mechanisms aimed at mitigating contractual and regulatory risks in infrastructure projects.
