In Corporate Law, he has experience providing advisory services to domestic and foreign clients, including companies operating in regulated sectors, entities involved in public procurement, and financial institutions. He is involved in the drafting of various contracts, corporate acts, and shareholders’ agreements, as well as in the resolution of corporate disputes, estate planning, and the structuring of business transactions.

In the Infrastructure and Energy area, he has experience providing legal assistance to infrastructure projects, particularly in the energy and sanitation sectors, working on the drafting, review, and negotiation of instruments related to the development, implementation, operation, and contractual management of projects, as well as the analysis of contractual risks.
