• Structuring corporate transactions involving real estate assets, including the formation of Special Purpose Entities (SPEs) and negotiation of Silent Partnerships (SCPs);
• Advisory on real estate purchase and sale transactions, as well as leases and arrangements, including analysis of the financial capacity and reliability of the parties involved;
• Advisory on Built-to-Suit, Sale and Leaseback, and other transactions related to construction, leasing, and acquisition of real estate assets;
• Negotiation and drafting of contracts related to property exchanges, residential and commercial leases, real estate developments, and fiduciary transfer of real estate as collateral;
• Support in internal and external audits, as well as participation in real estate projects and Project Finance operations.
