Daniel is the partner responsible for the Civil Litigation practice area.
A specialist in both domestic and international disputes, he represents clients from a wide range of industries in judicial and administrative proceedings, with a focus on infrastructure, energy, oil and gas, entertainment, technology, food and beverage, real estate, and construction.
His practice encompasses both preventive legal advisory services and the resolution of highly complex disputes, particularly within these sectors.
In addition, Daniel has extensive experience in probate and estate proceedings in Brazil, as well as providing legal counsel to family groups, with an emphasis on estate and succession planning.
