Eduardo focuses his practice on labor litigation and advisory services.

With more than 20 years of experience before the Labor Courts, he has represented companies of all sizes, both domestic and international, across various sectors of the economy, and has also acted as legal counsel for labor unions.

His practice includes collective bargaining negotiations, representing several companies in collective labor disputes before the Ministry of Labor, as well as extensive experience before Regional Labor Courts and the Superior Labor Court, handling appeals and delivering oral arguments.

Eduardo also has experience representing international companies in legal proceedings, acting as counsel for Angolan and Chinese companies in defending their interests in lawsuits in Brazil, particularly those involving expatriate employees.
