Rafael has more than 10 years of experience and currently focuses his practice on Infrastructure & Energy and Corporate Law.

In the Infrastructure & Energy practice, he stands out for his expertise in the structuring and implementation of renewable energy projects, with a focus on drafting and negotiating EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) contracts, as well as providing legal counsel on contract management. He also acts in arbitrations, judicial proceedings, and claims regulations involving EPC contracts.

In the Corporate practice, he specializes in Contract Law, focusing on the drafting, review, and negotiation of various agreements, as well as advising on corporate reorganizations, estate planning, and the resolution of corporate disputes.

His participation in international business transactions, assisting clients in projects across Africa (Angola, Mozambique, Burkina Faso, and Senegal), North America (United States), South America (Paraguay and Colombia), and Central America (Panama), provides Rafael with a holistic perspective focused on delivering practical solutions to complex business matters.
