Frederico is a founding partner at SFCS Advogados and has extensive experience representing clients across a wide range of industries, both in advisory matters and in administrative and judicial litigation.
Since 2009, he has also been active internationally, advising Brazilian and foreign companies operating in Africa, Europe, Asia, and the Americas, particularly in matters related to workforce hiring and the defense of labor disputes filed in Brazil.
Throughout his more than 20-year career, Frederico has participated in numerous M&A transactions, Due Diligence processes, and corporate structuring projects, both in Brazil and abroad. He has also developed significant experience in public procurement (national and international) and administrative contracts.
Formação
- Postgraduate studies in Corporate Law at Instituto Luiz Mário Moutinho (ILMM);
- Specialization in Criminal Law and Compliance at the Institute of Economic and European Criminal Law (IDPEE), Faculty of Law, University of Coimbra;
- Specialization in Business Civil Law at the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE);
- Law Degree from the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE).
