Manoela has a solid background in the legal field, having collaborated on both domestic and international cases involving several areas of law, such as Tax, Civil, Corporate, and Administrative Law.

Since 2022, she has primarily focused on the advisory and litigation aspects of Tax Law, with expertise in municipal, state, and federal taxes (such as IPTU, ISS, ITCMD, ICMS, Personal Income Tax, Corporate Income Tax, PIS/COFINS, among others), always aiming to protect the interests of both individuals and legal entities.

Her experience encompasses both judicial and administrative proceedings, ensuring the proper application of legal standards, as well as tax advisory and tax planning services. She also works on the preparation of legal opinions regarding a wide range of scenarios and business transactions, identifying risks, liabilities, and tax incentives that may impact her clients.
