Raquel is a lawyer specialized in Tax Law, with more than 10 years of experience in both advisory and litigation matters.

In her advisory practice, she prepares legal opinions on the interpretation of tax regulations, advising domestic and international clients on the tax impacts of corporate reorganizations, estate and succession planning. She also assists clients in reviewing tax procedures, obtaining eligibility for tax incentives and benefits, and negotiating tax settlements.

Raquel has international experience in matters involving double taxation and specific tax regimes across different jurisdictions, particularly in Portugal and Angola.

Her litigation practice covers municipal, state, and federal taxes, representing companies and individuals in tax disputes before administrative and judicial authorities, aiming to challenge tax assessments, reduce tax liabilities, and recover tax credits.
